Rega Zeller, CVT, MBA
Chief Visionary & Practice Strategist
Regan Zeller is a veterinary business strategist with the hands-on experience of a technician and the financial acumen of an MBA. She possesses a rare, 360-degree perspective on the veterinary industry, allowing her to build strategies that are not only profitable but also practical for the teams who implement them.
Her career, spanning since 1998, began not in a boardroom, but in the heart of the hospital—in the kennels and at the front desk. These early roles grounded her in the day-to-day realities of practice life and shaped her people-first approach to leadership. She spent 11 years as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in both General Practice and specialty medicine before dedicating over 16 years to practice management, leading teams from 10 to over 100 in GP, ER, and multi-specialty settings.
This frontline experience became the foundation for her work as a high-level strategist. She has been a trusted leader for both private practices and corporate groups, spearheading complex projects including ground-up startups, strategic realignments, brand turnarounds, and operational redesigns. To complement her deep operational expertise, Regan earned an Associates and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, culminating in an MBA in Business Administration.
Regan founded StrategiVET to solve the problem she saw repeatedly: brilliant veterinarians and managers struggling to unify their business strategy. Her mission is to provide practice owners with a true strategic partner, helping them achieve financial clarity, build resilient team cultures, and grow with intention.
